BOOKING INFO

The booking procedure via Eventbrite is free. There is a charge for most sessions which is shown on this page and is either payable on the day or by bank transfer depending on the activity. Details are in the description of the activity on Eventbrite. If you book a session and subsequently cannot attend, for whatever reason, please cancel your booking by sending a message via the WhatsApp group.

Please give at least 48hrs notice, so that your place can be re-allocated. If you do not cancel your booking, you may still be charged, so please send a message! For some events you will need to pay the fee unless we can find someone to take your place.

If an event is fully booked, you may put your name on the reserve list in case we have any cancellations. Just message us via the WhatsApp group to let us know you want to add your name to the list.
