The booking procedure is free. The charge for most sessions is £8 and is payable on the day, unless otherwise stated. If you book a session and subsequently cannot attend, for whatever reason, please cancel your booking by sending an email to bookings@shewhodares.info. Please give at least 48hrs notice, so that your place can be re-allocated. If you do not cancel your booking, you may still be charged, so please send an email! For some events, particularly ones at Harlow Outdoors, you will need to pay the fee unless we can find someone to take your place.
If an event is fully booked, you may put your name on the reserve list in case we have any cancellations. Just email bookings@shewhodares.info to let us know you want to add your name to the lilst.
